Responsibilities [About the Role]
We are seeking a highly skilled Vietnamese language expert to help train and evaluate advanced AI models. You will strengthen AI performance in Vietnamese comprehension, translation, writing, and reasoning.
[What You’ll Do] – Core Responsibilities
• Evaluate AI-generated Vietnamese text for grammar, fluency, and cultural accuracy.
• Create and review translations, summaries, paraphrases, and rewrite tasks.
• Identify tone errors, logical inconsistencies, and linguistic inaccuracies.
• Provide reference answers, rubrics, and explanations.
• Annotate Vietnamese text for meaning and linguistic structure.
• Produce polished Vietnamese content across multiple registers.
• Deliver detailed feedback to improve AI writing and reasoning.
Qualifications • Native or near-native proficiency in Vietnamese.
• Fluent written English (C1+).
• Degree in Vietnamese Language, Linguistics, Translation, Education, or related fields.
• Professional translation (VI-EN), writing, editing, or teaching experience.
• Strong linguistic attention to detail.
