Responsibilities [About the Role]
We are seeking a highly skilled French language expert to strengthen AI language capabilities through evaluation, training, and content creation. You will apply your linguistic and cultural expertise to improve AI performance in French comprehension, translation, writing, and reasoning.
[What You’ll Do] – Core Responsibilities
• Evaluate AI-generated French text for fluency, grammar, accuracy, and cultural correctness.
• Create tasks including translations, rewrites, paraphrases, summaries, and dialogues.
• Identify linguistic, tonal, logical, or cultural errors.
• Produce reference answers and scoring rubrics.
• Annotate French text for meaning and structure.
• Generate polished French content across varied registers.
• Provide clear feedback to improve AI model performance.
Qualifications • Native or near-native proficiency in French.
• Fluent written English (C1+).
• Bachelor’s degree in French Language, Linguistics, Translation, Literature, Education, or a related field.
• Proven ability in one or more:
– Translation or interpretation (FR ↔ EN)
– French writing/editing
– French language teaching
– Localization or communication work
• Excellent linguistic precision and cultural knowledge.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy.
