Overview
Responsibilities Design and build new features for REST APIs and large-scale data processing pipelines using Python, TypeScript, Spark, and AWS services; Architect, optimize, and scale backend services for high throughput and low latency; Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, DevOps, and QA; Improve performance, reliability, and scalability; Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews; Automate deployments and CI/CD using IaC and Kubernetes; Work with big data, event-driven architectures, and data-intensive applications.
Qualifications 5+ years backend or full-stack experience with strong backend focus; 5+ years hands-on Python experience; 3+ years working with TypeScript; Advanced AWS and Kubernetes experience; Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (Spark, EMR, Glue, Dask, Kafka, etc.); Understanding of system design and microservices; Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
