Responsibilities [About the Role]
We are seeking a highly skilled Arabic language expert to help train, refine, and evaluate advanced AI models. Your linguistic and cultural expertise will support improvements in Arabic comprehension, translation, writing, and reasoning.
[What You’ll Do]
• Evaluate AI-generated Arabic text (primarily Modern Standard Arabic).
• Create/review Arabic tasks: translations, rewrites, summaries, paraphrases, dialogue prompts.
• Identify grammatical, semantic, tonal, and cultural errors.
• Produce reference answers, rubrics, and detailed explanations.
• Annotate Arabic text for structure, morphology, and meaning.
• Produce high-quality Arabic content across formal and informal registers.
• Provide feedback to refine AI output.
Qualifications • Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic (MSA).
• Fluent written English (C1+).
• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language & Literature, Linguistics, Translation, Education, Journalism, or similar.
• Proven ability in:
– Translation (AR ↔ EN)
– Editing, writing, or proofreading Arabic
– Teaching Arabic
– Localization or content creation
• Strong linguistic detail and analytical skills.
