Responsibilities [About the Role] We are seeking experienced marketing professionals to help train and evaluate AI systems across SEO, performance marketing, analytics, and digital growth strategy. In this role, you will use your domain expertise to design realistic marketing scenarios, review AI-generated outputs, and establish clear evaluation standards that reflect real-world marketing best practices. This is a flexible remote role ideal for seasoned marketers who enjoy analytical problem‐solving, performance insights, and translating technical concepts into clear, actionable feedback. [What You’ll Do] As a Marketing Expert – AI Trainer, you will: • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, strategic relevance, and alignment with SEO and performance marketing best practices. • Develop real-world marketing scenarios, prompts, and case studies (SEO audits, keyword strategies, media campaign breakdowns, CRO workflows, budgeting models, etc.). • Create scoring rubrics and structured guidelines to assess model quality and reasoning. • Analyze campaign-style outputs, identifying issues in targeting, attribution, budget allocation, and KPI interpretation. • Provide high-quality written feedback to improve the AI’s understanding of analytics, growth strategy, and digital optimization. • Collaborate with AI research teams to refine training data, improve model accuracy, and enhance evaluation standards. • Maintain documentation for processes, rubrics, and marketing frameworks used in training. • Stay current with trends in SEO, PPC, analytics platforms, conversion optimization, and AI-driven marketing tools.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, performance marketing, digital analytics, or growth marketing. • Strong proficiency with analytics and advertising platforms (GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.). • In-depth understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and budget pacing. • Experience with campaign tracking, UTM strategy, CRO, and landing page optimization. • Ability to interpret data, build insights, and communicate complex marketing concepts clearly. • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
