You will label Korean-language conversational data for an e-commerce AI assistant, helping improve intent recognition, emotion detection, and chatbot performance.

??Analyze conversation data with the e-commerce AI robot to determine customer intentions and emotions.
??Label Korean text data in accordance with project guidelines and requirements.
??Support additional data-related tasks as required by the project manager.
Qualifications [Qualifications]
??Experience in related fields such as machine learning, data entry, content moderation, customer service, or e-commerce is an advantage.
??Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
??Valid Korean TOPIK certificate level 5 or higher with strong reading and comprehension skills.
??Serious, responsible work attitude with good understanding of customer insight.
??Ability to withstand work pressure and meet deadlines.
??High school graduate or above.
