Responsibilities [About the Role]
You will join the data operations team as a junior data operator, helping to manage, transform, and prepare multimedia data for use across multiple digital platforms.
[What You?셪l Do]
??Search, collect, and standardize data (images, videos, audio) from specified sources.
??Enter data into systems or databases via management tools (such as APIs).
??Check and ensure data accuracy and consistency before and after entry.
??Monitor and update data regularly to support stable system performance.
??Work with the Creative Department to create complete, standardized data for websites, apps, and social media.
??Coordinate with Dev, Creative, and Marketing teams to keep data and images aligned across channels.
??Troubleshoot and handle data or image issues that arise during operations.
??Prepare periodic reports on data operations, data status, and issues.
??Suggest improvements to data processes and use AI or image tools to adjust visuals, videos, and audio formats for product and marketing needs.
??Evaluate data relevance and suitability for applications and markets.
Qualifications [Qualifications]
??Experience working at app or game companies, or in digital product fields, or skills with AI tools and image editing are preferred.
??Good ability to use Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data entry or analysis support tools is an advantage.
??Strong skills in searching and synthesizing information quickly and accurately.
??Meticulous, careful, and responsible work attitude.
??Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
??Logical thinking, strong problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
